1. Intended use
The SureFast® Listeria 3plex ONE (F5217) can be applied for the fast and simple isolation and differentiation of Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes in different types of food.
* The method consists of the following three steps:
- Cultural enrichment
- DNA-preparation (10 min lysis)
- Specific real-time PCR detection
2. General information
- The real-time PCR assay can be performed with commonly used real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at the channels ROX, Cy5 and VIC/HEX at the same time.
- The technical verification of instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Bio-Rad CFX96, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER and Agilent AriaDx.
