From choosing a product to its arrival at your laboratory, PacificLAB follows the quotation, order confirmation and delivery. These are the usual ways to order, followed by shipping.
Next step
Once the order is confirmed, PacificLAB arranges delivery according to stock and destination: usually 2–5 working days in Ho Chi Minh City and 3–7 working days elsewhere.
Payment is by bank transfer under the terms on the quotation. Imported orders may require a deposit; the arrival date is given when the order is confirmed. PacificLAB does not act as customs agent for customers’ international shipments unless stated in the contract.
