SureFast® Parasitic Water Panel 4plex

Intended use:

The SureFast® Parasitic Water Panel 4plex is a real-time PCR for the direct, qualitative detection and differentiation of Giardia intestinalis, Entamoeba histolytica and Cryptosporidium spp..

For DNA-preparation the use of SureFast® PREP Aqua is recommended.

General information:

The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at 510 nm, 580 nm, 610 nm and 660 nm (FAM, VIC, ROX and Cy5) at the same time.
