SureFast® Listeria Screening PLUS

Intended use:

The test detects Listeria spp. DNA. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control (PLUS). For DNA preparation the use of SureFast® PREP Bacteria is recommended.

General information:

The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at 510 nm and 580 nm (FAM and VIC/HEX) at the same time. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, BioRad CFX 96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche LightCycler® 2.02, Applied Biosystems 7500, LTF MyGo Pro and Qiagen RotorGene Q.

For users of the Roche LightCyler® 1.5 and 2.0 a color compensation is necessary. The use of the SureCC Color Compensation Kit II is recommended.
