QuickGEN First-Beer PCR Kit P1 Screening and hop resistance
Intended use:
Qualitative detection of bacterial contaminations and the hop resistance genes hor A and hor C as genetic markers for beer-spoilage microorganisms in beer and beer mixes.
General information:
The TaqMan® real-time PCR is based on hot-start-PCR and sequence-specific dual labelled probes (FAM/DQ; HEX/DQ; ATTO/DQ).
*Real-time PCR machine for high, low and white profile PCR tubes or MG: MyGo Pro.
For DNA extraction the GEN-IAL® QuickGEN Sample Prepartion Centrifugation (CSE 0100) or Filtration (FSE 0100) Kit is recommended.
