Intended use:
A competitive enzyme immunoassay for screening and quantitative analysis of moxidectin in urine.
General information:
Moxidectin is a potent, broad-spectrum endectocide with activity against a wide range of nematodes and arthropods. It is used worldwide as a parasiticide in animals, such as dogs, cats, horses and cattle. Within the European Union, Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) for moxidectin have been established.
The Moxidectin ELISA is a competitive enzyme immunoassay based on antibodies directed against moxidectin.
