Intended use:
A competitive enzyme immunoassay for screening and quantitative analysis of diclazuril in various matrices.
General information:
Coccidiostats are compounds that are widely used to prevent and treat coccidiosis. February 2014, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1235/2013 has come into force, setting Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs) for diclazuril in rabbits and poultry.
The Diclazuril ELISA is a competitive enzyme immunoassay based on antibodies directed against diclazuril.
