1. Intended use

- SureFast® Vibrio 4plex (product code F5161) is a multiplex Real-Time PCR kit for the direct, qualitative detection and differentiation of DNA from Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio vulnificus.

- Each reaction contains an internal amplification control (IAC).

2. General information

- The Real-Time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of 4 fluorescence emissions at 510 nm, 580 nm, 610 nm and 660 nm (FAM, VIC, ROX and Cy5) at the same time.

- The Real-Time PCR assay can be performed with common Real-Time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of 4 fluorescence emissions in the FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5 channels at the same time. Technical validation of the instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, Bio-Rad CFX96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas® z 480 Analyzer, Applied Biosystems 7500 and R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER.

Giới hạn phát hiện

Real Time PCR SureFast® Vibrio 4plex có giới hạn phát hiện < 5 DNA copies. Giới hạn phát hiện của xét nghiệm phụ thuộc vào nền mẫu, cấp độ xử lý, chuẩn bị DNA và hàm lượng DNA.
