Product Information

SureFood® GMO PLANT PLUS is a real-time PCR kit designed for the qualitative detection of plant DNA. Each reaction incorporates an Internal Amplification Control (IAC), which supports the monitoring of DNA amplification and the assessment of sample preparation quality.

Intended Use

The kit is designed for the qualitative detection of plant DNA.

Each reaction contains an Internal Amplification Control (IAC), which helps monitor DNA amplification in the real-time PCR reaction.

SureFood® GMO PLANT PLUS can also be used to assess the effectiveness of DNA extraction in genetically modified organism (GMO) analysis.

General Information

The real-time PCR assay can be performed on commonly used real-time PCR instruments capable of simultaneous detection using two fluorescence channels: FAM and VIC/HEX.

SureFast® Mag PREP Food (Art. No. F1060): A DNA extraction solution for food samples.
SureFood® PREP Advanced (Art. No. S1053): Recommended for highly processed food and feed.
SureFood® PREP Add-On (Art. No. S1055): Designed for DNA extraction from raw materials, processed food, and feed using a 2 g sample size, in combination with SureFood® PREP Basic.
