1. Intended use

- SureFast® Foodborne Pathogens 4plex (F5175) is a multiplex real-time PCR kit for the direct, qualitative detection and differentiation of the virulence factors of Escherichia coli bacteria (stx1 [subgroup ad], stx2 [subgroup ag]), Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella spp.

- Each reaction contains an internal amplification control.

2. General information

- The real-time PCR assay can be run on common real-time PCR instruments, equipped to detect four fluorescence emissions in the FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5 channels at the same time.

- Technical validation of the instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas® z 480 Analyzer, Applied Biosystems 7500, Bio-Rad CFX96, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER, Agilent AriaDx and Agilent Mx3005P.

Real-Time PCR SureFast® Foodborne Pathogens 4plex có giới hạn phát hiện < 5 DNA copies. Giới hạn phát hiện của xét nghiệm phụ thuộc vào nền mẫu, cấp độ xử lý, chế biến DNA và hàm lượng DNA.
