1. Intended use

- SureFast® Norovirus/Hepatitis A 3plex (product code F7124) is a multiplex real-time PCR test kit for the direct qualitative detection and differentiation of norovirus (genogroups I and II) and hepatitis A.

- This test contains internal control RNA (ICR, including MS2 bacteriophage) as an internal control of the sample preparation procedure and to monitor PCR inhibition.

2. General information

- The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of three fluorescence emissions at 522 nm, 553 nm and 670 nm (FAM, VIC and Cy5) at the same time.

- The technical validation of instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, BioRad CFX 96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Applied Biosystems 7500 and Qiagen RotorGene Q.

Xét nghiệm Real Time PCR SureFast® Norovirus/Hepatitis A 3plex có giới hạn phát hiện ≤ 25 bản sao RNA. Giới hạn phát hiện của xét nghiệm phụ thuộc vào quá trình chuẩn bị RNA và hàm lượng RNA.
