The native starch test kit for food Enzytec™ Liquid Starch E8100 is a UV test kit using an enzymatic method for the determination of starch in food and other sample material matrices.

2. General information

The Enzytec™ Liquid product line allows the enzymatic determination of sugars, organic acids and other food components. All of these reagents are liquid and ready to use, bringing major improvements to laboratories:

- In small laboratories, a few samples can be tested and the reagents stored for later use, since the original shelf life remains valid.
