The lactic acid test kit for food, Enzytec™ Liquid D-/L-Lactic acid E8240 is an enzymatic test kit for the determination of D-lactic acid and L-lactic acid in food and other sample materials (without differentiation).

2. General information

The product line Enzytec™ Liquid allows the enzymatic determination of sugars, organic acids and other food components. All of these reagents are liquid and ready to use, offering major improvements in laboratories:

- In small laboratories, a few samples can be tested and the reagent stored for later use, because the original shelf life remains valid.
