Kit Real-Time PCR Yersinia | SureFast® Yersinia 3plex

1. Intended use

SureFast® Yersinia 3plex (product code F5132) is a real-time PCR assay for the direct, qualitative detection and differentiation of specific gene DNA sequences of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis and Yersinia enterocolitica.

2. General information

- The real-time PCR assay can be performed with common real-time PCR instruments, equipped to detect 4 fluorescence emissions in the FAM, VIC/HEX and Cy5 channels at the same time.

- The technical validation of the instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, Agilent AriaDx, Bio-Rad CFX96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Applied Biosystems 7500, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q and R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER.
