Kit Real-Time PCR Escherichia coli | SureFast® STEC 4plex ONE

1. Intended use

SureFast® STEC 4plex ONE (F5265) can be used to isolate, detect and differentiate quickly and simply specific DNA sequences of the virulence factors Escherichia coli stx1 (subgroup ad), stx2 (subgroup ag), eae and serogroup O157 of Escherichia coli in various kinds of food.

2. General information

- The multiplex PCR assay can be performed with common real-time PCR instruments, equipped to detect two fluorescence emissions in the FAM and VIC/HEX channels at the same time.

- The technical validation of the instruments was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, Agilent AriaDx, Bio-Rad CFX96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas® z 480 Analyzer, Applied Biosystems 7500, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q and Bio Molecular Systems MIC.
