1. Intended use

SureFast® Campylobacter 4plex (F5170) is a multiplex real-time PCR kit for the direct, qualitative detection and differentiation of specific DNA sequences of Campylobacter jejuni, Campylobacter lari and Campylobacter coli.

2. General information

- The real-time PCR assay can be performed using common real-time PCR instruments, equipped to detect four fluorescence emissions at the FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5 channels at the same time.

- Technical validation of the instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, Bio-Rad CFX96, Bio-Rad CFX96 Dx, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER and Agilent AriaDx.

Giới hạn phát hiện

Real- Time PCR SureFast® Campylobacter 4plex có giới hạn phát hiện < 5 DNA copies.
Giới hạn phát hiện của xét nghiệm phụ thuộc vào nền mẫu, cấp độ xử lý, chuẩn bị DNA và hàm lượng DNA.
