1. Intended use

L-glutamic acid test kit for food Enzytec™ Liquid L-Glutamic acid E8530 is a UV enzymatic test kit for the determination of L-glutamic acid in food and other sample materials.

2. General information

The Enzytec™ Liquid product line allows the enzymatic determination of sugars, organic acids and other food components. All of these reagents are liquid and ready to use, bringing major improvements to laboratories:

- In small laboratories, a few samples can be tested and the reagents stored for later use, since the original shelf life remains valid.

- In large laboratories with automation systems, the reagents can be placed directly into any automated clinical chemistry analyser and kept refrigerated on board for random access.
