Glucose test kit for food, Enzytec™ Liquid D-Glucose E8140 is an enzymatic assay kit for the determination of D-glucose in food and other sample matrices.

2. General information

The Enzytec™ Liquid product line allows the enzymatic determination of sugars, organic acids and other food components. All of these reagents are liquid and ready to use, bringing major improvements to laboratories:
