Intended use:
Differentiation of beer spoilage bacteria and yeast in beer and beer mixing drinks.
The following bacteria and yeasts are differentiated:
- Lactobacilli
- Pediococci
- Acetic acid bacteria
- Enterobacteriaceae
- Bottom-fermented yeast
- Top-fermented yeast
- Wild yeast

Real-time PCR machine (FAM/HEX/ROX) for high, low and white profile tubes.
For DNA extraction, the use of CSE 0100 or FSE 0100 is recomended.
