- The ethanol test kit for food Enzytec™ Liquid Ethanol E8340 is an enzymatic test kit for the quantitative determination of ethanol in food and other sample materials.

- Official method AOAC®℠ 2017.07 for kombucha, fruit juice and especially for non-alcoholic beer samples.

2. General information

The product line Enzytec™ Liquid allows the enzymatic determination of sugars, organic acids and other food components. All these reagents are liquid and ready to use, bringing major improvements to laboratories:

- In small laboratories, a few samples can be tested and the reagents stored for later use, because the original shelf life is still valid.

- In large laboratories with automation systems, the reagents can be placed directly on any automated chemistry analyser and kept refrigerated on board for random access.
