1. Intended use

The D-gluconic acid test kit for food Enzytec™ Liquid D-Gluconic acid E8520 is an enzymatic test kit for the determination of D-gluconic acid in food and other sample materials.

2. General information

The product line Enzytec™ Liquid allows the enzymatic determination of sugars, organic acids and other food components. All of these reagents are liquid and ready to use, offering major improvements in laboratories:

- In small laboratories, a few samples can be tested and the reagent stored for later use, because the original shelf life remains valid.

- In large laboratories with automated systems, the reagent can be placed directly into any automated clinical chemistry analyser and kept refrigerated on board for random access.
