Competitive enzyme immunoassay for the screening and quantitative analysis of corticosteroids in a range of different sample matrices.
General information:
The Corticosteroid rapid test kit from EuroProxima is a competitive ELISA for the detection of various corticosteroids in milk, urine, tissue and feed samples. In the Maximum Residue Limits of the European Union (MRL’s) for dexamethasone, betamethasone, prednisolone and methylprednisolone are set in milk, muscle (fat), kidney and liver. The MRL for dexamethasone in muscle is 0.75 μg / kg.
