1. Intended use

The cholesterol test kit for food Enzytec™ Liquid Cholesterol E8320 is a UV test kit using an enzymatic method for the determination of cholesterol in food and other sample material matrices.

2. General information

The product line Enzytec™ Liquid allows the enzymatic determination of sugars, organic acids and other food components. All of these reagents are liquid and ready to use, bringing major improvements to laboratories:

- In small laboratories, a few samples can be tested and the reagents stored for later use, since the original shelf life remains valid.

- In large laboratories with automation systems, the reagents can be placed directly into any automated clinical chemistry analyser and kept refrigerated on board for random access.
