Hirayama HVA-85/HVA-110 autoclave - Technical details

- The display shows the operating process stage by stage, operation control sets the programme by the microprocessor.

- The sterilisation process using the Hirayama autoclave can be selected as follows:

Agar (agar) sterilisation: Preparation ->Heating -> Sterilisation -> Exhaust (slow/adjustable )-> Hold temperature -> End
Liquid sterilisation: Preparation ->Heating-> Sterilisation -> Exhaust (slow/adjustable )-> End.
Solid and medical-instrument sterilisation: Preparation -> Heating -> Sterilisation -> Exhaust (fast ) ->End

- Hirayama autoclave safety/warning:

Dual-sensor interlock mechanism (lid)
Automatic power cut when pressure is exceeded
The Hirayama autoclave automatically cuts the power when the temperature exceeds the limit
Sterilisation timer
Automatic power cut when the current overloads
