On 28/11/2023, the National Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene Testing held the Seminar on identifying the causes of food poisoning and preventing food poisoning
The seminar was honoured to welcome leaders representing the Lào Cai Provincial Department of Health and leading experts from the North Central and South Central regions to discuss and share important information contributing to better control and investigation of food poisoning causes. At this seminar, the programme covered many notable topics such as:
- Report on the food poisoning situation - MSc Cao Văn Trung - Department of Food Poisoning Surveillance and Communication, Food Safety Authority.
- Report on testing and identifying the causes of food poisoning - MSc Nguyễn Thị Hồng Ngọc - National Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene Testing.
- Food poisoning situation in the Central region in 2023 - MSc Hoàng Thị Ái Vân, Central Regional Food Safety Centre, Nha Trang Pasteur Institute.
- Report on food poisoning prevention work in Da Nang city in 2023 - Da Nang Food Safety Quality Control Board.
- Introduction of the food hygiene and safety monitoring method ( ATP method) aimed at preventing food poisoning in Japan - MSc Hoàng Tường Vi, PacificLAB Scientific and Technical Equipment Co., Ltd (PacificLAB)
